Our head office is located in Rugby, Warwickshire. We also have outreach therapists covering most parts of the UK to provide support closer to your location. We can offer therapy sessions via telephone or online platforms such as WhatsApp, Teams or Zoom.

To ensure our services align with your needs, we offer a complimentary 15-minute conversation with one of our therapists. This allows us to understand your situation better and determine how we can best support you.
